[ddots-l] install question patch 8.5.2

Hi,
sonar is now installed at my laptop but I want to upgrade to patch 8.5.2.
After few popups a window appears with the coices for installing like:
softsynths, rrecomended, full, minimal and audio files.
with choice do I have to make for this patch.
Can anyone here give me a good tip?
