Hi,
In fact when teaching people about web accessibility I tend to tell
them to compare their website's heading structure like the structure
of a book.
A heading level 1 could be the title page, main sections could have a
heading level 2, subsections a heading level 3 etc.
This way, it is very efficient to skim through content quickly since
you can either jump by subsection, main section or straight to the top
with just one keypress. Thiswould be the ideal structure for something
like the CakeTalking tutorial. You can argue that a heading level 1
can be used to denote the start of the main content but for this
document I don't think that really applies.

all it would take is the insersion of heading tags, which is fairly
simple.

Maybe I'm nitpicking right now, but can someone explain to me the
rationale
of not using headings in the CakeTalking tutorial?
Every time I want to get to a particular section I either have to
control+f all over the place or jump up, go through the list of links
at the top and click the desired link. If aheading structure was in place
this would be so incredibly much easier. Is this just me being whiny or
do
others think this would be a good idea as well?
