Hi Brian, It definitely did help and greatly appreciate it. Need to write this
down in event it happens again. I pressed insert and the key that starts
calculator that is to the right of the group of three keys that has print
screen etc. Thanks a bunch. Dave

  Hello,
What has happened is that somehow you have hit a key that has disabled all of
your function keys. I have done this before but unfortunatly I can't remember
what to hit to fix it. If I am not mistaken, it is the key directly next to
the f12 function key and I think if you just press that, it will fix your
problem. Hope this helps,
  Brian

Hi All, I have obviously hit a key or series of keys on my computer
keyboard that have caused it to not work correctly. Someone has helped me with
this before on list so hoping they are around as had not been able to locate
that earlier message. Now, my system will not let me use insert F12 to check
time or insert F11 for sys tray.... Also, when I close a file or program with
alt F4, I still have to press exit under the file column in order to close it
out. Does anyone know offhand what button might set this thing back to normal?
It is a multimedia keyboard that I received with full computer system from
dancingdots. Know that someone else has experienced this and any suggestions
are appreciated. Sincerely, Dave
