Oh crums it is so much more than Atmosphere.

Yes, the sets are freely available from the HSC site.

I may develop a more comprehensive set later on that'll be paid for, but the
free ones will give you complete access to all libraries and search
functionality.

Cheers

Sweet! If i end up getting this synth, do you guys share the HSC set? or is
it something that must be paid for? I'm asking because i have an upcoming
project for which i might need something like omnisphere (if it's anything
like atmosphere and what i've heard from the demos). If I explain to the
producers i'm sure they'll get it, i just need to make sure that once i have
it i can use the thing and that it's somewhat accessible lol.

Hi.

It's got a really good interface that both me and Greg have done some HSC
sets for which makes the browser interfact totally accessible.

Hi.

It's a real workhorse.

You won't find real brass, saxes etc, but there's a good string section and
just about every vintage analog synth you could think of.

If you go to...

www.karmistry.com

And click either the Listen link or the link for Karmistry The Album, most
of the stuff on there voice wise is the Omnisphere.

Cheers

Hey Darren, is this synth a workstation type synth, or is it mainly
electronic type of stuff.

I don't know about the ti2, but the original ti is not accessible. I owned
the desktop version of it. The menus are under pages. You have to hit the
edit button in the particular section to get into the edit menu for that
section, say oscillator or filter. You have multiple pages that you cycle
through by hitting the same edit button. Say you have 3 pages, hitting edit
takes you to page 1, then 2, then 3, then back to 1. If you exit out and
come back in, you land on the page you were last on, so for instance, if you
exited on page 2, you come back in on page 2. There is no way to know what
page you are on, no way to jump back to page 1 or anything. Access Music had
no interest in helping. Plus, the vst portion of the software is completely
bitmapped and inaccessible. The Virus is an incredible sounding module, but
we'll never be able to get access to it unless they change that little
thing. I don't know if the ti2 does this or not.

Hi.

Though I'm considering the poly evolver, I've also run across the access
virus t2 which is supposed to integrate into sonar very well as a plugin as
well as being able to be used as a regular synth.

Do any of you guys either have experience with this board or know anyone who
uses this one and if so, what are your impressions of it/

Thanks for the info.

Scott
