If you go to options with alt o, arrow down to project, once in there you
should control tab once and you should be on the metronome settings.

Thanks for all the suggestions, but I couldn't find anything in the options
dialog that related to the metronome. Something else, a sighted person can see
some kind of thing on the screen to turn the metronome on and off. Now, how can
I do that with Jaws?
