The MUS file is indeed a Finale file. If you'll send it to me, I'll
convert it to whatever format you need.

As far as I know, .mus is Finale format. They should have exported to
music
XML which you can import to Sibelius. I've forgotten exactly what's
involved in converting Finale to Sibelius but that's what it seems like
you're dealing with.Confirm that the file you received was made by Finale.
