Cameron,

Would you give more detail as to what the issue was
and what Dell did or did not do to resolve it?

My day job is doing adaptive technology and I've used
Dell systems for all but one year of the 8 years I've
been here. I've done a lot with working with support
getting items swapped out or repaired when needed.

The only real snag I encountered was one year when the
tech support was shifted over to India for corporate
and higher education customers. The spoke English but
didn't really understand mine...though I speak
clearly, am from the US and highly educated.

So I'm surprised that they didn't resolve the issue
and it is still under warranty. I just thought I'd
see if I could lend a hand in resolving the problem.
You could email me off list if you like.
