FROM THE INTERNET SOMEONE CREATE, BOTH themes is from Microsoft. Just
brought it over to my windows 10 system; just as I will do with my
Microsoft word 2007 and 2010. Those do not come with my windows 10...
got it!!! Who have ear let them hear and who have eyes let them
see..!!! it work for me and do not expect it to work for everyone

So let me understand this Autery, you went into your control panel of
your windows 7 machine, simply did a copy of windows classic theme
onto a thumb drive, then went to your Windows 10 machine, again
brought up control panel and pasted it in?
Am I silly to think this was as easy as that?
I don't have any intention of going to Windows 10 for a long time but
for future reference...
