Hi Omar, If I'm reading your email correctly, things have change since my old Fostex mixer, on the Fostex, there's no EQ on any of the 8 busses yet the 12 channels have HF, MF with sweep and LF with sweep. I understand the thinking in adding EQ to buses but why take it away from the channels? Maybe it's because producers like to record the instruments flat and that way they can add what's needed on the track by using internal software. Regards to your question, I don't believe there's away in where you can have more than 8 instrument EQ separately without added separate EQ unit.
