Sorry, I'm using 6 not 8 but. I'm told the menu is now FX favourites which you get to with alt X, then go down to sonic foundry and noise reduction should be somewhere in there. If you can't find them in the menus then you might have to scan for plugins. Its called something like reorganise by plugin name.
