Hi dave:
NO, there should be a unique serial number. You'll probably need to get someone to read it to you off the back of the case, I think it is on the inside cover, but not sure now. I was able to read it with the opticon.

Just got my upgrade from Sonar 5 to Sonar 6. There is no serial number on the label inside. Should there be, or does it use my Sonar 5 info?
