Whoops, let me try that again.
Once you click on a download link and hear the prompt to save or
open, press ALT+N. You'll probably land on open. You can then tab
to the Save split button, or Cancel.
A split button has more than one option associated with it. When
you hear Jaws say Save split button, arrow up and down and you'll
see options for save, save as, save and open, etc. Just hit enter
on the option you want.
There. I hope that clears this up.
IE9 isn't the enemy here.
