Hello,
I have Olympus LS 100 and yes it has talking menus. you can find great 
presentation of the Olympus products created by Mr. Neal Ewers.
He described Olympus LS 100 and also Olympus LS 14 and he's also blind so he 
knows what he's talking about when he speaks about accessibility
