Sonar won't save any projects to CWB files if they contain any data that hasn't been bounced to clips... Therefore, you've gotta go and use the bounce to clips function and apply it to any trax which contain any audio snapped data!

See, if I try savin as a bundle, this comes up. "Projects containing AudioSnap markers or time stretched data cannot be saved in the bundle file format.
