Surgio, you're not going to find a dedicated de-esser plug-in, but you might find a de-essing preset as part of the VX64 Vocal Strip plug-in.
Really though, you should learn how to build your own De-esser, using Sonar's track EQ and the Sonitus Compressor plug-in.
