If you've already installed the vsts and their libraries on the system drive,
can you move the libraries over to another drive, or would you have to
reinstall the vst program as well?

Not at all however, it's still best to move your sample libraries to a
separate data drive if possible.

Does it become problematic if you install the vst libraries on your
system harddrive?

Data drives definitely. There are a very few VSTs that require you to
install on the system drive. But none of the ones you mentioned.

        Hi all.

I've just ordered a new computer system purely for use with Sonar.

It has a 300gb system drive for installing programs and 2 500gb data
drives.

When I install programs like Trilogy, Atmosphere and other programs
with
large libraries, should I install the libraries to the data drives or
to the

system drive with the software applications themselves.

Or, doesn't it make a fat lot of difference.

Thanks in advance for any assistance, I want this new system to work at
it's

        optimum, hence my question.

        Cheers
        Darren
