Record the sound dry so can control the reverb during the mix.

Either ways is possible.

Subject: [ddots-l] recording with effects on

Hi,
I am wondering if I record vocals on one track which has reverb and then
play it back with the reverb still on the track will the reverb sound be
doubled or is it better to record the sound dry and then add the reverb?

thanks for any ideas.
Stacy
