[ddots-l] scale

hi guys
I am trying to change the scale in sonar 6 from the given presets in the combo
box of the midi track view.
it does change the scale by name, but still I have the same scale.
please listen to this clip and then I'll be really grateful if you can tell me
what types of effects have been used in this clip.
some body says, auto tune, is this right?
any idea , would be really appreciated.
