Actually, here's what the whats new document says:3. New hotkeys for scrubbing that don't require being in the Clips Pane. Just hold down ALT and press NUMPAD 5. This turns scrub mode on, as long as you keep the ALT key held down. You can then scrub by adding to the ALT key, the numpad keys of 1, 4, and 7 for small, medium and large scrub left.
