[ddots-l] soft synths options

hello,
I had a situation where I chose to check the box where it says do not
ask me this again. this is the dialoug box that appears when you insert a soft
synth. along with other options like. create simple tracks or midi tracks. well
at the bottom it has this option. well my question is where can I go to have
this options dialoug box appear once again when I insert a soft synth. I
hope I explained my self, if not please let me know.
