  When that happens, it usually means that your midi interface's driver is hung 
up.  Try turning your midi interface off and then back on.  This is the setup 
for son'ars default normal template.  If you were setting up a headphone mix, 
you might want the metronome to come out of te headphones but not out of your 
conatrol room monitors.

    When I exit sonar the actual process doesn't end, and sometimes when I re 
open it, it doesn't load the template that always comes up. Earlier today, it 
insisted I was on bar 34 no matter where I went in the project. Closing and re 
opening didn't fix anything, only restarting the computer  worked. This was 
happening to me in sonar 7 as well. Anyone have any idea what the problem could 
be? I sure do like all the new sounds in dimension. 
    I also notice in the new template, there are just three busses, Master 
metronome and one for effects. I'm not sure why I'd want a bus for  metranome.  
 
    To control the volume for audio maybe? could someone enlighten me?
