Dear Cameron, I do hope you now have everything up and running with your new system which you must have ordered directly from ADK. As you probably know, ADK does supply Dancing Dots with workstations which we resell to our customers. For their set-up, we do give ADK staff a detailed checklist of things to do to optimize performance with JAWS and of course we provide first-line support after the sale to our customers for general questions and issues relating to accessibility in particular. In return for the specialized support we can give to blind audio producers, ADK sells systems to us at a discount so that we can offer their workstations at a price comparable to what people would pay if they were to order directly from ADK. ADK installs JAWS, SONAR and any other software you request such as CakeTalking and, when configuring the DAW, refers to a checklist for accessibility settings which we have given them.
