i am not using sonar 6, but it's hard to believe it's capable to do this so easy, for one thing i don't think he has multitracks. i may be wrong but the only way to do it that fast and easy is by enabling the stretch to project tempo on the clip properties for the entire track and it will make it memory resident , than you can just change the tempo on the project. one opinion on doing this is to use the cakewalk time stretch but do it individually so you don't have to wait an eternity to find out it didn't work , best try editing tracks one by one and check out results. for both operations to work you need to bounce to clips all tracks. ----- Original Message ----- From: Studio Montebello To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, April 30, 2007 6:33 AM Subject: [ddots-l] Re: sonar demonstrations Hey Luis! Great stuff! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. As you said, even though these are videos, we can still pick up quite a few tips in there. In the audio tempo change tutorial, he didn't really said how to do it. I wish he did because that's exactly what I've been wanting to do on a project and tried the time/pitch plug-in to do this with poor results. Also it took ages to process on my Core 2 Duo machine. In the tutorial, I don't know if he was recording real time but the processing was so incredibly fast...
