  As far as I know, there is none. Even if you're sighted, your options are 
profoundly limited on Linux, unless virtual analog and sound fonts are the 
extent of your needs of softsynths. I don't think that there are many options 
at all like Sonar for a blind person. There are music creation programs, of a 
sort, but not accessible audio/MIDI sequencers.
