Cakewalk rebranded the FA-66 and call it the SPS-66.  They publish their own
drivers for it which are optimized for use with SONAR.  You should find them
on their site by following their support link.

Also, although it may be stretching your budget a bit, consider the Presonus
Firebox.  We've supplied the Firebox to many customers and they have been
happy.  I use one myself.  For details, see
