Yea, if you get the jaws cursor, then press page up and home to go top left of screen, press down arrow a few times, 1 or 2 lines past the preset line there should be some graphics with some text, that text is usually the patches' name or whatever is loaded. I just place the cursor on the text, click and use the arrow keys to move around the menus, and hit enter on what I want. Then when I want to search for another patch, just press the left mouse click button on the num pad and since the mouse hasn't moved from it's position it pops the menu right back up for you again... You only need jaws cursor to click the submenu, not to move around it...
