Hi.
First to correct Phil we are not exclusive UK distributors however that
does not have any bearing on Jims problem in the slightest!
Second, due to the adverse weather conditions we had to close early
yesterday, I'm now in the office and about to call Jim to help, as we
always try to!

I did give them a call but they seemed to be out of action yesterday. I
downloaded CT from the Dancing Dots site, as I have a legal
authorisation,
and it worked fine.
