You can modify the parameters in the track inspector by using the value keys...
You've gotta exercise some patience, as there's a lot of them!
I find most of the presets pretty useless, there always seems to be far too
much going on, especially with verbz, delays & other drivel...

I have Guitar Rig 4 (the latest version). You can chage the presets just by
using the arrow keys. Jaws reads you the names of the presets. Parameters
show in the track inspector, however, I am not able to modify the values. I
don't know if these parameters would need to be enabled somehow in Guitar Rig
before being able to control them within the track inspector. I have not
explore that option. However, the presets are great as they are.
