On most supported players, there is a program called Rockbox Utility that does a lot of the work for you. Go to www.rockbox.org, click on the wiki and do a Jaws find for Rockbox Utility. It will install the latest build of Rockbox on your player and it can then install voice files or talk clips if you want them. For some reason, I have trouble creating talk clips on my Toshiba Gigabeat but it's just a bug because it works some of the time without changing any settings. See if it works for you.
