[ddots-l] viewing cakewalk effects help?

Hi, I would like to learn how to use the cakewalk EQ better in sonar.
In the manual it says to view the online help but it does not give me
a link or anything. I thought there was a shortcut when your in the
effect windows to bring up its help document. Maybe that was in a
earlier version of Sonar? Any help? Thanks
