No it's an abligato. The rest of the sopranos will drop down to the alto part.

In this case I put the word "solo" as A rehersal mark or as A technique text.
Can you tell me more about this solo part? is it improvised or written? Is 
somebody playing during the vocal solo?

parenthesis but I don't know wheer to put it . di I put it as a rehersal mark?
