Just a quick note:
Lime will do guitar tablature. You have to enter the proper notes and then
change the staff type in the Parts and Voices dialog. If you want different
string assignments, you'll have to edit those, but it does a pretty good
job.

Subject: [ddots-l] writing tab for guitar

List,

I apologies if this has been asked before... Is there a way that us blind
folks can write tab for sighted readers?

I have gotten a few emails from other players asking me if I could tab solos
for them, and I'll admit that I don't know much about tab. When my sight
was better as a kid I could read large print music, and now I can read
Braille music, but tab got popular after my sight was pretty much useless.
Thanks for any help.

Best,
Shawn Brock
