[ddots-l] you forgot to press F6

Hi,
For some reason, CakeTalking keeps saying "you forgot to press F6". I press
F6, I restart Sonar 8.5. I restart the whole PC, and then start over but still
the "you forgot to press F6" message is spoken whenever I make a move with any
project I am working on.
Everything was working pretty well but this has been going on for about a week
and I don't know what to do to fix it.\any ideas anyone?
