Hi George,

I have a question for you when embossing this out. I remember in previous
years that there were some settings in the global embosser settings that
needed to be changed, but I can't remember quite what they are. Can you
refresh my memory and then I will place it in a safe location on the
computer for future reference.

Thanks.

Eileen

Hi All,

A little earlier this year, but hopefully you will find attached the 2014
calendar I have been doing for the past few years.

Hopefully I have not made any major mistakes this year, but if you find any,
so please let me know as soon as possible as I'd like to post it on the web.

Many of you have already used this in previous years, and therefore will be
familiar with the layout. It is ideally produced on 12 inch deep by 9.5
inch wide paper, single sided. This should result in 3 months per sheet,
which you can then cut down to 4 inch pages and bind, making it a handy
pocket sized booklet.

The only other changes, aside from the dates, are that I have increased the
running footer width such that you can get 29 characters in braille on that
line. I've also used uncontracted (Grade 1) braille, but do remember that
if you quote telephone numbers, this will add a number sign to the running
footer.
