Nope, just look under English and you'll see a bunch of North American pre-UEB
and I think there are some under English for other areas like the UK.

Is it true that 11.3 eliminated all English-language braille codes other than
UEB? That would be unhelpful since some individuals still prefer the older
codes
(using COM contraction for example). Can't users at least have the option to
