Hi, Recently my DBT option (which sends straight to Duxbury) on my Microsoft Word 2003 menu bar has vanished. I have uninstalled Microsoft Office and reinstalled it and activated. Recently the check for updates on my Duxbury Help menu bar shows the error message. http:www2.duxburystems.com/check_updates.asp?Language=EN&Product=dbtwin&Vers ion=10.7&... Application not found. I am sure this is not a Duxbury problem as I can't check for updates in my Microsoft Word 2003 from the help menu bar either. I have deactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled and activated my Duxbury asking for a full installation. My Templates and Add-ins (Tools) in Microsoft Word 2003, does not show SWIFT, it does show Banna Braille 2008.dot. When I launch Duxbury I receive Use Account Control, A program needs your permission to continue, if you started this program , continue, I then activate the continue button and Duxbury launches. Please may I have some help rectifying these three problems. Thank you, take care, Keren * * * * This message is via list duxuser at freelists.org. * To unsubscribe, send a blank message with * unsubscribe * as the subject to <duxuser-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
