Try setting your top of form in the Juliet to 3. Set left margin to 4 and
right margin to 45. I'll give you the menu sequences. OL, 0.1e, 15.4E,
14.45E, 30.03e, 1.1e.

You should be set.

Subject: [duxuser] A vexing problem with my Juliet Embosser

  Hello:

I have a registered copy of DBT Version 10.5 and although the embosser is
set to 25 lines per page and the top martin to 1, when I try to braille
anything, the line starts printing at the very top of the page instead of
leaving a blank line. In addition, the embosser starts at cell 1 instead of
leaving at least four spaces from the tractor feed perforation. What am I
not doing that I shouldn't?

Additionally, how do I get the embosser to braille on narrow paper using a
margin of 4 characters on the left and only printing 30 characters per line.
I know that I have to choose narrow width paper from the form settings.

Do I go into the service menu and set the machine to the factory defaults
and then the dbt program takes over? My package containing the DBT Version
5 has not arrived from the USA so I don't have anything to read to correct
the errors that have occurred so far.

Does anybody have any suggestions to resolve these vexing problems?

  Francis Khan
