Hi Rosy,
It's not really appropriate for me to comment, other than
for issues regarding driving embossers with DBT.
The current aim is that DBT should drive all and any
embosser, without the user requiring to additionally make
adjustments to the embosser itself. This has not always
been successful, but gradually Duxbury are resolving issues
as they come to light.

Now is a fine time to do it, but what do you think of the
ViewPlus Tiger Max embosser? I have invested in one and
hope it works better than my retired VersaPoint Duo. By the
way, I would sell it to any one interested "as is" with the
knowledge it needs to be repaired. The price is negotiable.
