Hello,
We have one or two positions for a braille proofreader.
The person
must be very familiar with the Nemeth code. NLS certification is
desirable. It is also desirable that the person live in Madison,
Wisconsin. However, it is possible to work over the Internet and by
phone. We do Braille music transcription, so a knowledge of braille
music is a plus. The work can be split between a person who knows Nemeth
and a person who knows braille music. You can learn more about us from
our website: www.chpi.org . Please reply by sending e-mail to
director@xxxxxxxx .
