Hi,

I'm a programmer at Gallaudet University, and am helping a blind
friend who wants to massage a post-processed Duxbury (.dxb) file
by "injecting" markup after the fact. Since I haven't worked
with Duxbury files since 1978, I'm a bit rusty. And I imagine
they've changed a wee bit. (grin) Also, the specifics of what
he's trying to do are a bit vague, but I imagine we'll get down
and dirty with it as we get further along.

I gather this is the list for deeper understanding of the files
and other technical details.

These days my OS of choice is Linux -- Ubuntu and Red Hat, and
my language of choice is Python. (See the signature for my
editor of choice.)

Later all...
