[duxuser] Changes to the Duxbury Website

To all:
Over the last week, I have made a large number of small changes to the
Duxbury Systems web site to make the site easier to read on small portable
devices.
It has been an interesting week. A few times I made changes (since
corrected) that were undesirable.
If anyone has issues with our site, especially when using voice or braille
to access it, please tell me so I can repair it as soon as possible.
