[duxuser] Changing NLS Translation codes in DBT 11.1

Hello There:
I need to change the level of the NLS translation code in DBT 11.1. Where is
this found? It was much easier in 10.7 and I never had an issue in finding
the code under the document menu and translation. Has this changed?
