Thanks to all that have responded. I am so grateful for this list serve, even though I may not post very often, I certainly read all the posts. Thanks again for the assistance. From the Layout menu, select "Set Page Number". When the dialog comes up, enter whatever number you wish to start at. If you then press Alt + F3 to view Codes, you will see the Code at the beginning - [pv##][pnta] - where ## is the number you wish to start with. (Ctrl + F3 again will hide the codes) This basically says, start numbering with ## and I want Arabic numbers. I may as well add that if you wish to change the number afterwards, perhaps because it's wrong or whatever, if you are in Coded View, highlight the [pv##] code, and press Ctrl and left square bracket. This will bring up a dialog which will allow you to make the change. George. What I want to do is to change the number at the top right hand corner from 1 to the next number in the number sequence for the next batch of supplemental reading. May be this is a better description of what I want to do. Thanks. This is because I print part of a document (at this braille level) on a weekly basis. I cannot use the translation code option within Duxbury because it doesn't correspond with the braille training materials. Can someone advise me on how this is done with step-by-step directions? I would appreciate this, as it would keep my client more organize with his supplemental readings while learning the braille code. Thanks in advance. Eileen Misrahi
