Hi Susan, I'm afraid Word hasn't yet been developed with any form of artificial intelligence, and so it is indeed a case of going through the text and making changes to the font as necessary. Again, it's not easy to suggest a method or methods for doing this without seeing the actual document. If you have large blocks of text, you can use Format Painter having set up a Style. Alternatively you could set up a keyboard shortcut, or even develop a macro if the time justifies it.
