I am working on a braille UEB document using DBT 12.1. I want to insert a
table of contents with braille pages p1 and p2 in the upper right corner of
each page. I see there is a question about this in the Q&A about page
numbering in the Help topics, (Q8 in the braille section) but there appears
to be no link to the answer. I hope you might fix this. In the meantime, can
you tell me how to do it?
In the same project, I have two separate documents in one file. Each
document has a title at heading level 1. Each title is several lines long.
How do I insert these headings into the generated table of contents? Is
there a limit on how long an h1 title can be? All help appreciated. Thanks.
