[duxuser] Customising a table of contents - FOR EXPERT USERS ONLY!

Hi,

Warning - This Topic is strictly for experienced users.

Steve Dresser and I'm sure many others may be interested to know that you can 
indeed do a certain degree of personalisation of Tables on Contents.  Indeed 
you can even add your own.

The subject is not documented, since I believe it is intended that in the 
future, there will be a proper user interface to allow Custom TOC Formats to be 
stored.

Basically, tocdef.txt is a plain text file stored in the duxbury programs 
folder.  It's structure is basically defined within that file.

Not only is it possible to modify the existing BANA and French TOC layout, but 
you can copy and rename a TOC of your own.

I won't go into details at this point, since I'm sure the experts will like to 
take a look first, and doubtless have a myriad of questions.

REMEMBER to SAVE a copy of this file.  Remember also that if you make any 
mistakes, we cannot be responsible for the outcome whatsoever.
