In most large organisations such as the college it is often asked by staff
to change paper on the embosser on a regular basis which means changing the
global embosser settings on DBT. One idea I had was to save these settings
within a template and have a different template for each paper size you use
(in our case, one for 12 by 12 and the other for A4). I have found that
this option doesn't get saved within the template. Am I right in saying
this? I tried but I couldn't find a way.
I was wondering if there could be an option that you can select to change
between the paper sizes (e.g. a list box) so it is easier to define and
select various paper sizes before you translate the file. It will certainly
make it easier to set without having to remember all the settings and made
easier for other staff to set. This is just a thought and ignore it if you
think it is too much to ask. I'm getting too lazy in my old age.
