Another alternative is to print the document and scan it into an RTF file.
However, I use a free PDF to Word converter. I went online and found a free
one. It works great. I can't tell you right now what it is because I forgot to
look before writing this, but they are there.

No. duxbury will not allow you to inport a PDF file. You will either
have to get the person to provide you with a Microsoft Word file or
copy the entire text of the PDF file into word. You can also try
looking for a PDF to Word converter but I have not found anything free
or reasonably priced. If you have access to the Pro version of Adboe
Acrobat you might be able to convert the file into Word but the Pro
version of Acrobat is not cheap.
There are some online services but you have to pay for the service to
convert the file.
