George: Where in the DBT menus would I go to set up the yellow translated line
to be seen all the time?

Hi Ann,

Why don't you install your JAWS as a demo, and run the sessions in 30-40 minute
slots?

Anyway, suggest you set DBT up so that the yellow Translated line at the bottom
of the screen is available in all views. That way, when in a print document,
she will see what it will look like in braille, and in a braille document will
see the translation. (Not always 100%, but hopefully good enough for what you
need right now)

Thanks George. I've got a feeling this training will be difficult for me to
conduct since there will be no speech and I will have to rely on the student to
tell me what she is seeing on the screen and if she doesn't know braille, I
doubt she will be able to identify what she is seeing. George, how is the
braille situated in relation to the print on the screen?

Hi Ann,

In the absence of information, all I can say is that of it is ZoomText screen
enlargement software, the answer is "YEs!"

I'm a speech user and I'm about to do some Duxbury training with a person who
uses a large print screen reader. Can someone write me and tell me if the
large print screen readers show both the brint and the braille in a Duxbury
braille document?
