Terri,

Notetakers present their own unique problems, such as the number of characters per line and the number of lines per page. Remember that .BRF files are supposed to be formatted at 40 characters per line and 25 lines per page, and I suspect that notetakers often don't honor those standards.

I have never had good results opening .brf files with DBT, especially those created or edited with a notetaker. The results are better if I open the program and then the file. Still, much of the text is missing, and I have to pretend they are Duxbury Coded braille for the entire text to appear.
